Hand Crafts

I like creating things - ethereal things like stories, web pages, articles and animated gifs, but also more solid things. So I enjoy making stuff, most often by knitting or sewing, but I've also worked on embroidery or with clay and paper.
An example is making a rug-go-set (rug and pillows shaped like a big go-board and stones). I have enjoyed such things ever since I was a child - I remember designing and making a knitted bear for the newborn child of my 6th-grade school teacher. Currently, I enjoy making clothes and other cute things for babies and children of friends and family - ideal projects, since they are adorable and finished quickly.
